Library section 7 – Regulations and Game forms

Now it is the turn of the section Regulations and Game forms.
A category for the real enthusiasts. When I look at most golfers piercingly, I see that there are very different ideas about exactly adhering to the rules or as disparaging rules are called. Well, golfers are simply not among the most careful people. In that case they had been called noblemen.

For the library, it is outdated cost. Rules are changed and adjusted so often that it is not really interesting. What is nice are booklets with all kinds of game forms. Occasionally a different interpretation for a tournament has to be devised and then something like this comes in handy.
