Library section 18 – Museum books

Under heading 18 there are a number of very valuable books that are listed under the title museum books. These are kept under lock and key. To take a closer look at these books, one must be in the company of one of the board members. The librarian is also sufficient of course.

A book is considered to be museum-like if it contains an assignment, if it is a respectable age, if it is signed or if it is special documents. Date of publication, commissions from authors, former well-known owners, that title is decisive for that.

Since one cannot take these books in hand, one must be content with watching this special collection breathlessly in admiration.
